CHANGING OF THE GUARD.

It's a breakdown.
The offices of CID are moving over the next week,
so we have given our staff a week-long booze cruise in beautiful
UGANDA

Here we have the last known documentation of them on the lugogo river.
why uganda? well simple really. we would have sent them to Luxembourg but on August 15th TheWorld Health Organisation ranked Uganda the leading consumer of alcohol in the world. Per capita consumption is 19.5 litres.
Good odds then that the booze cruise will live up to it's noble tradition!
and the airline tickets were cheaper.
Sadly, we have no health plan or insurance, but don't fear for our elite. They'll be so pickeled by the Maroela (South African moonshine) and high off the brown brown, that they'll never scratch the itch.
